    One of them, fulvic acid, is known by its properties such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and memory enhancer.

    Novel investigations indicate that fulvic acid is an antiaggregation factor of tau protein in vitro [1], which projects fulvic acid as a potential anti-Alzheimer’s disease molecule.”


    How to Take Shilajit 

    “Shilajit is commonly sold in three forms: powder, resin, and supplements. Most experts recommend using shilajit resin as it is considered the “purest” form.

    For this reason we suggest buying a version of shilajit with a lower concentration of water.

    In it’s “silly putty” like state this moisture level allows you to pull a small amount Shilajit from the glass jar, roll it into a ball and take it like a pill.  If you don’t like that option you can also put a small amount (the size of a grain of rice and work up the dose to the size of a pea) into filtered water and consume it as a beverage.

    Most people opt for the pill version because the resin has a smokey mineral flavor.
